Order Processing
All orders are automated and begin processing immediately after payment confirmation.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for our team to verify payment, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with top-tier suppliers to bring you high-quality products. Because our items ship from both U.S. and overseas fulfillment centers, shipping times vary by product.
- U.S. Stocked Items: Delivered within 2 to 5 business days after processing.
- Overseas Stocked Items: Delivered within 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Note: If your order contains items from multiple locations, they may be consolidated into a single package for quality control, which can occasionally add 1-2 days to the processing window.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.
- If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with distinct tracking numbers.
Address Corrections
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We process orders quickly through our automated system, and we cannot guarantee address changes once payment is submitted. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
